Does revealing a card with Apprentice Smith count for the purpose of triggering Nocturne?
Answered under Unleashed Rules FAQ and Clarifications
I can't be 100% certain because Nocturne's exact text wasn't provided. Based on the rules for Revealing, if Nocturne triggers on a card being Revealed (from any zone) then the reveal performed by does qualify and would trigger Nocturne. If Nocturne requires a reveal from a specific zone (for example, "when a card in hand is revealed") or has additional restrictions, the reveal may not qualify.
Yes — assuming Nocturne's trigger is simply "when a card is revealed" (with no zone restriction), the reveal caused by counts as that reveal and would trigger Nocturne. The reveal is an actual Reveal action of the top card of your Main Deck instructed by a game effect and is therefore the kind of event that other effects watching for Reveals would see .
