In a 2v2 game, if my partner's unit controls a battlefield at the start of my turn, and I flash their unit away and move my unit onto the battlefield, do I score conquest?

No. Because your teammate controlled that Battlefield during your Beginning Phase, the Battlefield is disqualified from being Scored by your team this turn, so moving your unit there after you remove your partner’s unit will not grant a Conquer/Score.

You do NOT Score via Conquer. Battlefields controlled by your teammate during your Beginning Phase are disqualified from being Scored by that Team this turn, so even if you establish control later in the turn you will not Conquer it for scoring purposes [484.8.b] [464.1.a].

At the start of your turn (your Beginning Phase) your teammate controlled the Battlefield, so that Battlefield is disqualified from being scored by your Team this turn [484.8.b]. You play Flash in reaction and move your teammate’s unit off the Battlefield and move your unit onto that Battlefield. When control is established for you later in the turn, the game would normally treat that as a Conquer, but because the Battlefield was under your teammate’s control during your Beginning Phase it is specifically disqualified from being Scored through Conquer by any means this turn [464.1.a]. Therefore you do not Gain a Point from Conquer for taking control of that Battlefield this turn.

If the Battlefield was NOT controlled by your teammate during your Beginning Phase (for example it was uncontrolled or controlled by an opponent at the start of your Beginning Phase), then moving your unit there and establishing control could Conquer it and potentially Score, subject to the usual Conquer/Score rules [464.1]. If your Team has already Scored that Battlefield earlier in the turn, you cannot Score it again that turn because a Conquer only gives control of a Battlefield you did not yet Score this turn [464.1].
