Will a unit with both Skyfall and Trinity equipped score an additional point on conquest?
Answered under Unleashed Rules FAQ and Clarifications
I can't give a definitive yes/no without the exact text of Skyfall and Trinity. The most defensible interpretation from the Core Rules: if each card is a separate triggered ability that, when your Conquer resolves, instructs you to Gain a Point (i.e., “gain 1 point” as an effect rather than performing another Conquer/Hold), then both triggers would go on the chain and each would grant a point in addition to the single point from the Conquer. This is because points granted by sources that are not Conquer or Hold are not limited by the Conquer/ Hold single-point rule , and Conquer-triggered abilities trigger at the Battlefield that was Conquered .
If both Skyfall and Trinity are independent triggered abilities that read (or function as) “When you Conquer, gain 1 point” (they grant a point as an effect), then when the unit conquers the battlefield both abilities will trigger and can each grant a point in addition to the one point from the Conquer. Conquer causes the Conquer triggers at that battlefield to trigger , and points gained from sources that are not Conquer or Hold are not beholden to the one-point-per-Score limitation . If either card instead specifically instructs you to “Score” again (i.e., to perform a separate Score action) or has other wording/conditions, the interaction may differ; the Core Rules as provided do not define how an ability that creates a separate “Score” interacts with the Conquer scoring step, so I cannot rule on that wording without the exact texts. See assumptions for specifics I had to make.
